GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS The services made available by ItaliaPerTe (“IPT”) to users of this website shall be governed by the terms & conditions listed below (as eventually integrated and supplemented by individual conditions negotiated on a one-to-one basis by and between IPT and the relevant user) (the “Terms”). Users are required to carefully read every and each part of the Terms prior to subscribe for any service available in this website and\or in any manner supplied to them by IPT. The purpose of this website is to provide users with a suitable tool for booking courses or holiday in Italy. Any booking request shall be made by completely filling in the application form available in this website or by sending an e-mail. IPT shall send a confirmation note of the booking to the User. IPT suggests that its Clients underwrite an insurance policy, in conjunction with the language course reservation, to protect themselves in this event. Following the due payment, ItaliaPerTe shall send a voucher, containing the details concerning the relevant course. Variations made by the Client If the Client wants to modify an existing reservation, there is an additional charge of £35 for each change made to cover the relative administrative costs.
