Italian Corporate Cooking Event

The Guests will be divided in two groups, Group A and Group B.

6.00 p.m Guests arrive at La Cucina Caldesi.

Group A and B Report to kitchen for Cooking Masterclass.

Group A

Group A prepare Antipasto of Buffalo Mozzarella and grilled vegetables.

Group A will be taught “hands-on” pastamaking. Guests will be taught to make pasta from scratch. They will roll and cut pasta. They will then split into pairs to make two pasta sauces: Puttanesca; Sage and Peanut Butter

Group B

Group B will be taught how to prepare a Tuscan roast of guinea fowl and chicken.

Group B prepare a classic Italian Tiramisu for dessert.
